TBILISI(BPI)- The 5-storey hotel will be built in one of Tbilisi historic districts. Zviad Shavishvili, a former head of the railway customs, will build a 20-room hotel near Orbeliani Square, on Pkhovi Street, the Architecture Service reports. The construction permit was issued on April 2, 2019.
According to the information on the Architecture Service’s web page, the first floor of the building is open to the street and connects the street to a small green yard. The facade is ultra-transparent double glazed window.
The ground floor of the building is made of brick and panoramic folding doors. The rest floors of the building are made of monolithic concrete construction and consist of three layers that dynamically continue the neighboring building proportions.
The area will be planted with evergreen trees and various species of flowering houseplants. A green wall is also planned to be arranged as the concept of the hotel envisages maximum greening of the interior and exterior.
According to the information posted on www.companyinfo.ge, Zviad Shavishvili owns 40.00% of Prima-Digomi LLC, 53.00% of Tolia Ltd and 100.00% of Time Group LLC.
