TBILISI(BPI)-Batumi Towers hotel complex consisting of two parts will be officially opened  at the end of December 2019. “Commersant” was told at  the real estate development company Redco.

They say at Redco that one part of the project, which includes the apartments, is completed and several apartments have already been sold.   The  price starts at GEL 5 800 per m2.

Redco designers have created 5 types of apartment projects, Georgian company Rooms and famous interior designer David Koiava worked on the interior design.

The 355-storey and 205-meter tall building includes 91 residences.

As part of  the project –  Marriot’s 5-star Le Méridien hotel will also open in 2019 with an outdoor and indoor pools, a spa and fitness center, several restaurants, a lounge and an open terrace, conference and holiday halls and a two-storey casinos.

Panoramic wheel will be installed on the 26th floor of Batumi Tower. The complex is located in the center of Batumi, on the Black Sea coast. The hotel will include 105 modern exclusive rooms.

The real estate development company Redco bought the Batumi Tower building for $ 25 million. Commercial spaces, including high class residential spaces, are for sale in Batumi Tower.

The total cost of the project is about $ 30 million.

A famous Ferris wheel installed in the building will operate and both the  hotel guests and  tourists will be able to ride it. The lounge café will also be located on the same floor.

REDCO is mainly involved  in the construction and sale of luxury apart-hotels, it  successfully operates on the Georgian market since 2012. In October 2013 REDCO received  the International gold star for quality award in Paris. In 2014 the company was awarded with the prestigious International Award for Excellence and Business Prestige,  New York.

Le Meridien brand is represented in more than 100 countries around the world. As for Marriott, its network currently includes such hotel brands as Carlton, Bulgari, Courtyard, Residence Inn, Marriott Hotels, St. Regis, Le Meridien, Sheraton.
