Georgia’s ski resorts are closed

TBILISI(BPI)- All mountain ski resorts in Georgia are closed ahead of schedule, apart from that, restrictions on the operation of restaurants and bars are also introduced, Irakli Chikovani, an adviser to Prime Minister, says about the decision of the interagency commission to combat coronavirus.

“Restaurants will offer take–out and food delivery services, they are advised to limit crowding  of people,” he said.

From March 18 all foreign citizens will be banned from entering the country.

At present, 33 cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Georgia, but so far there hasnot been a single fatal outcome
