Partnership Fund to Implement Tourism Development Projects in Racha Region

TBILISI(BPI)- Partnership Fund of Georgia plans to develop tourism potential in Racha Region.

The Fund plans to implement several projects in the Region in cooperation with the private sector, Giorgi Danelia, the Partnership Fund’s investment department director, told BM.GE.

“We have selected 3 interesting projects for Racha Region – at Shaori, Shovi and Utsera. At this stage, we are working with one of the investors and we will launch hotel construction works after successful completion of the negotiations”, Giorgi Danelia noted.

The Partnership Fund’s investment portfolio in tourism sector exceeds 400 million USD, where the Fund’s ratio makes up 100 million USD.
